Pricing is based on the number of locations, service lines selected, visit frequency, and geography. After a free site assessment, we provide a detailed line-item quote — no surprises or hidden fees.

Yes. You can start with a single service line and add others mid-contract via an AMC addendum. Pricing for new services is prorated for the remaining contract period.

Labour and routine consumables are included. Major hardware replacements (e.g. generator engine overhaul, server motherboard) are billed separately at cost with prior client approval. This is clearly defined in your contract.
